This device is used to test your machines power.  When plugged into your machines USB port, this device will output a voltage reading.  

When some equipment drops below certain values (+5.00V for example) you may experience odd system failures.   Use this voltage tester to see how much power your system is using.  

This can help diagnose system problems.
