Be sure to properly pack and to fill out the Board Repair Form below.

Packing and Insurance

Be sure to PROPERLY PACK and INSURE your embroidery electronics before sending them in to us.

These are sensitive electronics and the more damaged caused, the more difficult (and expensive) they are to repair.  Be sure to use proper packaging to keep them from getting damaged in shipping.

Also be sure to insure your boards.  On very rare occasions these are lost in shipping.  Insure the Package for what you think the electronics are worth, if they are lost in transit.

Recommended shippers

We recommend using UPS, FedEx, DHL.   Always use a carrier with TRACKING and INSURANCE.

Once your electronics are packed, please ship them to the follow address below.  You will also need the fill out the Board Repair Form, also found below.
